Work Environment

This role is based onsite in our modern facility located in Orange, California. You will collaborate closely with a team of two other physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant (PTA) to provide comprehensive care tailored to individual patient needs. The work hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, promote a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with patient goals, ensuring every intervention is tailored to their progress and needs.
• Manage a caseload of 2 to 3 patients per hour, ensuring quality and timely interventions in a busy outpatient setting.
• Utilize effective manual therapy techniques and introduce therapeutic exercises that promote healing and function.
• Monitor and document each patient's progress using EMR Software like WebPT, ensuring accurate record-keeping that reflects each session's outcomes.
• Consult with fellow healthcare professionals to reflect a collaborative approach in delivering the best possible outcomes for patients.
• Motivate and support patients by instilling confidence and fostering a commitment to their own health and wellness.
• Evaluate patient conditions continuously, updating care strategies based on assessments and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions affecting their musculoskeletal health. You will encounter a diverse client base, including athletes seeking rehabilitation post-injury, elderly patients needing mobility support, and individuals aiming to improve their physical fitness levels. Each patient's journey will present unique challenges, requiring your expertise to facilitate optimal recovery and functional independence.

Qualifications

• A DPT (Doctorate in Physical Therapy) is required to ensure a strong foundation in up-to-date rehabilitation practices.
• Current New Jersey Physical Therapist License, with no board actions or disciplinary actions noted.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, with demonstrated skill and comfort in applying various treatment modalities.
• Experience using EMR software, particularly WebPT, to maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of professional experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• History of creating successful rehabilitation programs that prioritize patient-centered care and measurable outcomes.
• Expertise in developing fitness and wellness programs tailored to individual patient requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and contributions to our patient outcomes.
