Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and evaluate progress.

• Offer both short-term and long-term therapeutic interventions, employing evidence-based practices suited to the client population.

• Coordinate patient care by developing strong partnerships with hospital staff, outpatient organizers, and local community resources.

• Assist patients and their families in navigating complex healthcare systems, including insurance processes, financial aid options, and social services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
