Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Hopestone, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for clients referred for outpatient treatment, focusing on substance use and mental health concerns.

• Providing both individual and couples therapy sessions to address clients' emotional and behavioral challenges, tailoring approaches based on each client's unique needs.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that support recovery and behavioral change.

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment updates in a timely manner.

• Utilizing a billing service to manage client accounts, verify insurance eligibility, and coordinate payment plans, allowing you to focus primarily on client care.

You will engage with a diverse population, including youth, adults, and families who have encountered challenges related to substance use or mental health issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a human services or behavioral healthcare field.

• Current, valid LCSW licensure in the state of California.

• Minimum of two (2) years of full-time, paid experience in the fields of chemical dependency, mental health, or adolescent treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
