Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual therapy and counseling to clients, utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to their specific needs.

• Respond to crisis situations promptly, providing immediate and effective intervention to maintain client safety and stability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals facing various emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. The diverse background of our client population requires a therapist who is adaptable and sensitive to the unique needs and perspectives of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid and unrestricted LCSW license in California.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is required.

• Minimum of four years of experience in clinical settings, preferably in outpatient mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
