Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Prime Core Counseling Center, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental needs and barriers.

• Active participation in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored for each child.
\n
• Monitoring and evaluating outcomes, ensuring that the interventions effectively support the child's growth and development.

• Providing personalized support to families, offering skills and resources that enhance their child's developmental progress.

• Utilizing a coaching model and evidence-based practices to deliver interventions in a natural environment that encourages learning.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.

• Building and nurturing rapport with children, families, and colleagues to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children aged birth to three years, particularly those experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. You will work closely with families, addressing their needs and concerns while advocating for the best strategies to promote their child’s growth across physical, cognitive, emotional, and social domains. Your efforts will have a direct impact on enhancing early developmental skills and providing critical support networks for families.

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

Compensation and Benefits\n
