Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Utilizing proven therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to support and empower clients.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all patient records are secure and confidential.

• Participating actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to enhance comprehensive care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
