Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients through telehealth platforms, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and formulate individualized treatment plans that adhere to company protocols.
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
\n
• Execute a minimum of 25 client-facing sessions weekly, balancing your workload to promote a healthy work-life dynamic.

• Engage in active collaboration with case managers, families, medical personnel, and educational staff, ensuring an integrated approach to care.

• Participate in ongoing training and clinical meetings to enhance your skills and contribute to our collective mission.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.

• Must possess an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license, allowing for independent practice.

• Proficiency in documentation processes, including initial assessments, SMART treatment plans, and clinical notes.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills necessary for effective client engagement and collaboration with team members.

• Comfortable working with a wide array of cultural, socioeconomic, and demographic client backgrounds.
