Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate diagnoses and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain a robust caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring a balance of individual and group therapy sessions.

• Document clinical interactions, including diagnoses, treatment plans, and case notes, in compliance with company standards and state regulations.

• Provide exceptional client service while utilizing creative therapeutic interventions that empower clients to achieve their goals.

• Collaborate with case managers, families, schools, and medical personnel to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT in our Community Health Clinic, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various challenges. Your expertise will help guide individuals through issues such as relationship difficulties, trauma, and mental health disorders, ultimately contributing to healthier functioning and stronger family units within the Long Beach area.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
