Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting designed to provide flexibility and comfort for our therapists while enabling them to offer high-quality care. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a consistent routine.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaborate closely with clients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, goals, and personal preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to implement effective interventions.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and strategies for self-care.

• Continuously monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on evolving needs.

• Facilitate integrated care by collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive treatment.

Qualifications\n
