Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough evaluations of clients’ mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans to guide therapeutic interventions.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, ensuring that therapy sessions are insightful and progress is tracked systematically.

• Document ongoing assessments, treatment plan updates, and progress notes in compliance with our clinic's policies and ethical standards.

• Enhance client experiences by providing excellent service and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, medical staff, and family members.

• Apply creative and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their goals effectively.

• Coordinate and facilitate communication between clients and external service providers, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

The mental health services provided by the LMFT will cater to a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to the financial compensation, we provide:
