Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 client visits weekly, providing both in-depth individual therapy and engaging family therapy sessions.
\n
• Document all sessions meticulously, including ongoing assessments, treatment plan reviews, and detailed case notes, ensuring compliance with organizational protocols.

• Engage in telehealth services, utilizing digital platforms to reach clients effectively and provide therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Work collaboratively with case managers, families, schools, and healthcare providers to coordinate a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Demonstrate creativity and adaptability in therapy techniques, employing innovative methods to inspire clients toward achieving their goals.

• Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a therapeutic alliance grounded in trust, compassion, and respect.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will focus on a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing varying challenges. You’ll be able to create a safe space for clients from different backgrounds, addressing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship conflicts and behavioral problems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong ability to document therapy sessions and maintain accurate clinical records.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored for a therapeutic context.

• Demonstrated capability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
