• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to client needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), fostering resilience and growth.

• Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best practices.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic care and integrate various therapeutic modalities to optimize client outcomes.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continually refine clinical skills, share experiences, and contribute to the quality of care.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
