Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostics of behavioral and mental health issues using standardized evidence-based screening tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique challenges and strengths.

• Provide psychotherapy for a diverse population, ensuring delivery of services via telehealth to patients ranging from adolescents to older adults.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment plans, client interactions, and billing codes within our electronic medical record system.

• Abide by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Code of Ethics and adhere to legal regulations affecting practice within Washington State.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, engaging with clinical and community health staff to enhance service delivery.

• Advocate for clients by identifying and connecting them with appropriate community resources and support systems.

• Participate in regular case reviews, staff meetings, and opportunities for continuing education to stay informed on best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with individuals aged 12 and older who require mental health support. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) within the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
