• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through our secure telehealth platform, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide your therapeutic approach.

• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students, offering valuable insights, feedback, and mentorship as they navigate their training and licensure journey.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and community resources to create comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing our digital record-keeping tools.

Our diverse client base includes individuals, couples, and families seeking support for a range of mental health challenges. You will work with clients who may be facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other psychological concerns. Your empathetic approach and ability to forge genuine connections will be essential in guiding clients towards healing and self-improvement.

• A Master’s degree in a relevant mental health field.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, reflective of your experience and capabilities, with generous above-market compensation structured to include uncapped earnings potential.
