Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health needs and establish effective treatment plans tailored to their individual circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address mood disorders and other mental health challenges.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment adjustments, and outcomes while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to discuss treatment strategies and share insights, fostering a culture of continual improvement and learning.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in distress, employing de-escalation techniques and connecting them with appropriate resources.

• Engage in community outreach to raise awareness regarding mental health issues and resources available to local residents.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, developmental challenges, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n
