Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand clients' emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.

• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans and adjust them based on ongoing assessment of client progress and feedback.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, effective treatment options, and available community resources to support recovery.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records utilizing electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will focus on supporting a diverse clientele at our detox center, primarily individuals dealing with substance use issues, alongside a spectrum of co-occurring mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
