Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments to formulate safe, independent psychosocial diagnoses that inform treatment strategies.

• Develop individualized, patient-centered treatment plans that align with the goals and needs of each client.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to solution-focused treatment, behavioral activation, and motivational interviewing, to facilitate progress and positive outcomes.

• Collaborate with a diverse range of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and primary care providers, to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Track treatment progress through systematic monitoring and adjustment of interventions as needed, adapting methodologies for in-person or virtual engagements.
\n
• Support the management of psychotropic medications by liaising with medical providers, monitoring compliance, evaluating side effects, and discussing treatment efficacy with patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on individuals facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and other emotional difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
