Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to collect relevant information regarding clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using an array of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that are collaborative and centered around the specific goals and needs of each client.

• Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary team members to ensure holistic and coordinated care for all clients.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, facilitating risk assessments and implementing safety plans to address urgent concerns.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards to support effective treatment continuity.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups designed to promote community and peer connection among clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
