Although the majority of your work will be conducted remotely, you will also have opportunities to engage in face-to-face interactions as needed.

- Provide urgent crisis intervention when necessary, offering immediate support and developing stabilization plans for patients in distress. \n

- Maintain compliant documentation of patient care, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to legal and ethical standards. \n
- Engage actively in team discussions, case conferences, and collaborative care planning efforts to foster a holistic treatment environment. \n
- Stay informed about advancements in integrated care methodologies, enhancing your skills and contributing to our practice's knowledge base. \n
The primary clientele at Reliance Youth and Family Counseling Center includes individuals with co-occurring mental health and medical conditions, such as chronic pain, autoimmune issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey. \n
- Strong background in treating mental health conditions with an understanding of co-occurring medical issues. \n
- Experience working in an interdisciplinary team, collaborating with medical professionals to provide comprehensive care. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and colleagues. \n
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and adeptness in utilizing technology for telehealth services. \n
- A commitment to maintaining ethical standards, confidentiality, and professional boundaries. \n

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical mental health setting, particularly in integrated care. \n
- Proficiency in delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). \n
We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
