Qualifications\n

• Education: A master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Licensure: You must hold current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

• Specialized Skills: Proficiency in evidence-based treatment methods for co-occurring disorders, including Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), is highly desirable.

• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills are critical, enabling you to effectively engage with clients and work within an interdisciplinary team effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in clinical mental health counseling or therapy, particularly with clients facing dual diagnoses, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, along with potential for a sign-on bonus.
