Work Environment\n

This position allows for a flexible remote work setting, providing you with the ability to conduct assessments and therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home while remaining accessible to clients as needed. Full-time social workers will be expected to adhere to a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours required based on client needs.

To ensure continuous quality care, team members will be expected to be on-call for urgent situations or offer support during evenings and weekends as necessary.

Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments of seniors' psychosocial needs, taking into account emotional, mental, and social dimensions. This may involve evaluating their support systems, daily challenges, and underlying mental health issues.

  Facilitate clear communication and mediate conflicts among family members involved in the care of the senior client to ensure a cohesive support system.

  Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation, ensuring that all client interactions, assessments, and care plans are accurately recorded and up-to-date.

Compensation and Benefits\n
