Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions, as well as group therapy, to assist clients in navigating their emotional responses to life-limiting illnesses.

• Engage in regular case consultations with team members to integrate mental health care into the broader treatment strategy.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and emotional support during critical moments, ensuring patients and families feel heard and supported.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with state regulations while facilitating continuity of care.

Our successful candidate will work primarily with terminally ill patients and their families, addressing a wide range of psychological and emotional challenges associated with serious illnesses. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation between USD 90,000 – 100,000 based on experience and qualifications.
