Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations to assess the mental health needs of hospice patients and design individualized treatment plans that promote emotional well-being and comfort.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LICSW at Lighted Paths Therapy, you will primarily work with patients in a hospice setting, focusing on individuals facing serious illnesses and end-of-life issues. Your role will involve addressing the complex emotional needs of these patients and their families, including support for grief, loss, and anxiety surrounding terminal diagnoses. Qualifications\n

• Current and active LICSW licensure in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
