Key Responsibilities\n

• Work directly with clients suffering from major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, conducting assessments and developing treatment plans that align with their specific needs and preferences.

• Engage in both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and ensuring that therapeutic interventions are developmentally appropriate and culturally sensitive.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance treatment strategies, ensuring all staff are informed and aligned on each client’s care plan.
\n
• Conduct ongoing evaluations, ensuring timely adjustments to treatment plans based on client feedback and progress.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, demonstrating a thorough understanding of risk assessment protocols and generating safe, supportive solutions for clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to uphold quality care and compliance with organizational standards.

• Participate in agency committees aimed at continuously improving service delivery and implementing quality improvement initiatives.

• Ensure the safety of clients and staff by identifying, addressing, and reporting hazardous conditions while following organizational safety protocols.

• Contribute to on-call coverage as assigned, maintaining availability for emergency situations involving clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be on clients in hospice care, many of whom experience complex emotional and psychological difficulties as they navigate end-of-life issues. These clients often come from diverse backgrounds and present with a range of challenges, including grief, depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders. The role demands an empathetic approach that respects individual traditions and beliefs while guiding clients and their families through this sensitive phase.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) certification is necessary.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to engage clients and convey information effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
