Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities.

• Regularly engage with clients to establish and reassess therapeutic goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Deliver teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face physical or logistical challenges in attending in-person appointments.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment processes to comply with ethical standards and facilitate quality care.

• Participate in ongoing training webinars, workshops, and peer supervision sessions to continuously grow and refine your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves patients in hospice care, including individuals dealing with terminal illness and their families. As a LCSW, you will be pivotal in addressing the complex emotions associated with end-of-life issues, providing emotional support, grief counseling, and assistance with navigating care-related decisions. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited program.
