Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clients will include individuals in hospice care—patients experiencing significant psychological and emotional distress due to serious illness or end-of-life situations. You will work closely with their families to address grief, anxiety, and adjustment issues, ensuring they receive supportive and compassionate care throughout their journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon, with no disciplinary actions on record.

• Extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience in clinical social work, including but not limited to assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

• Exemplary communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and effectively engage a broad range of clients and their families.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 70,000 , commensurate with your experience and expertise.
