Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Pathway Counseling Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique needs of hospice patients.

• Maintaining precise and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards.

• Engaging in collaborative discussions with interdisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Participating in regular supervision and peer consultation sessions to enhance clinical practices and outcomes.

• Offering education and emotional support to patients and their families, focusing on coping strategies and available community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support patients and families facing complex emotional and psychological challenges related to terminal illnesses. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.
