Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and, when necessary, diagnoses to evaluate patients' mental health statuses and the effectiveness of care using recognized tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop individualized care plans that incorporate cultural sensitivity and accommodate the unique needs of the diverse patient population.

• Regularly monitor and assess patients' progress, providing tailored interventions and strategies that align with their mental health diagnoses.

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records, reports, and related clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and departmental protocols.

• Collaboratively formulate treatment plans in partnership with patients and, when appropriate, their families to address specific goals and desired outcomes.

• Act as a resource for referral coordination and develop strong working relationships with other clinicians and external agencies for seamless patient transitions.

• Provide mentorship and educational opportunities for students, interns, and volunteers, promoting a culture of growth and development.

• Assist in team development initiatives, including peer-review processes, clinical collaboration, and coaching, under the guidance of your clinical supervisor.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
