Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather nuanced information about clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.

• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused treatment, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement comprehensive, client-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

• Observe and note clients’ progress while facilitating adjustments to treatment plans as necessary based on feedback and clinical evaluations.

• Offer crisis intervention services, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety planning for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that client records are up to date and accurately reflect treatment interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a generous sign-on bonus.
