Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of patients, utilizing appropriate professional tools including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) to inform the development of personalized treatment plans that culturally respect and address the special needs of diverse patient populations.

• Continually evaluate patient progress throughout the therapeutic process, employing evidence-based interventions and strategies to support mental health diagnosis while also adjusting treatment modalities as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all treatment records, including reports and clinical information, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

• Work collaboratively with patients and their families to create, implement, and adjust comprehensive treatment plans aimed at achieving desired therapeutic outcomes.

• Facilitate coordination of care by linking patients to appropriate referrals and establishing effective working relationships with other clinicians and referral agencies.

• Actively participate in providing education and mentorship to interns, students, and volunteers, contributing to the professional development of future practitioners in the field.

• With guidance from your clinical supervisor, engage in activities such as peer-to-peer review and chart audits aimed at enhancing team member offerings and improving departmental outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
