Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in achieving stress reduction and emotional well-being.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' unique stressors, mental health challenges, and personal goals while customizing mindfulness practices to their needs.

• Guide clients through various mindfulness exercises, meditation techniques, and controlled breathing strategies to enhance their self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes focused on mindfulness, stress management, and resilience-building, fostering community learning and support.

• Incorporate evidence-based mindfulness techniques within individual therapy sessions to effectively address specific mental health concerns and promote personal growth.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to create an integrated treatment plan that incorporates mindfulness practices, enhancing the overall therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and relevant qualifications.
