This is a full-time remote position that allows therapists to interact with clients in a comfortable and confidential setting. We maintain a supportive and inclusive atmosphere where therapists collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals. Regular business hours are supplemented with occasional evening shifts to ensure we meet our clients' needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine each client’s mental health needs, allowing for the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to best address different mental health issues.

• Work collaboratively with other health professionals such as case managers and psychiatrists to coordinate holistic treatment and ensure comprehensive care.

• Deliver crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute distress, employing effective de-escalation techniques and empathetic support.

• Participate in community outreach and educational programs to raise mental health awareness while actively working to destigmatize mental illness.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
\n
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients effectively.

• Exhibit cultural competence, being mindful of and responsive to the diverse backgrounds of clients.
\n
• Show proficiency in organizational skills, ensuring that documentation and record-keeping are maintained accurately and punctually.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in community health settings, with knowledge of the unique challenges and rewards associated with serving diverse populations.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic approaches including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Prior experience in crisis intervention, providing immediate support to clients in high-stress situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
