Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your role will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, couples, families, and groups to determine treatment needs and plan appropriate interventions.

• Performing initial comprehensive patient and family assessments, effectively triaging care based on the findings to ensure timely aid.

• Documenting patient interactions and assessments meticulously, participating in interdisciplinary care plan meetings to communicate findings, progress, and treatment modifications.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must possess an active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the State of New York.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week, to meet patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary in the range of USD $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
