Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, which may include standardized questionnaires and clinical interviews, leading to personalized treatment plans that cater to their unique situations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), in individual, group, and family sessions to effectively address a range of mental health concerns.

• Collaborate closely with case managers and psychiatrists during case conferences to ensure cohesive and holistic treatment for clients, sharing insights and updates on patient progress.

• Intervene during crisis situations by applying de-escalation techniques and providing immediate support to clients experiencing acute psychological distress.

• Participate in community outreach programs, including workshops and seminars, to educate the public about mental health issues and promote resources available at our clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will engage with clients facing conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and relational issues, allowing you to further enhance your cultural competence through your interactions. Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .
