Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), tailored to each client's unique situation for optimal stress management and emotional balance.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients’ psychological needs, identifying stressors and aspirations to create personalized therapeutic strategies.

• Guide individual therapy sessions by incorporating mindfulness exercises, such as guided meditation and breathing techniques, to facilitate self-reflection and enhance emotional regulation.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops, covering essential topics like stress management and resilience-building, to foster community support among participants.
