Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, tailoring your approach to meet each client's unique needs and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and promptly in compliance with agency standards.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, participating in treatment planning meetings, and communicating patient progress effectively to enhance the overall therapeutic process.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and therapeutic groups, focusing on skill development for clients, while also providing necessary training and mentorship to peers.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to create individualized treatment plans aimed at fostering lasting change.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adult clients facing a range of mental health issues, with a focus on mood disorders such as anxiety and depression. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a substantial base salary, we offer:
