This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while also providing in-person therapy at our outpatient office. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality mental health care to patients with complex medical and psychiatric conditions, earning an annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000.

Work Environment\n

Our hybrid work model combines the flexibility of remote therapy sessions with the opportunity for in-person collaboration in our outpatient office. This arrangement allows for a balanced approach to patient care, enabling our therapists to engage with clients through virtual platforms while also offering face-to-face consultations when necessary. Scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with patients grappling with various challenges, including those with dual diagnoses of mental health disorders and chronic medical conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of New Jersey.

• Demonstrated proficiency in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
