Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand the unique needs and challenges faced by your clients, along with developing tailored treatment plans that integrate established best practices.

• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities, to guide clients through their mental health journeys.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring adherence to best practices in documentation and patient privacy.

• Collaborating closely with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to advocate for and support your clients’ well-rounded care.

• Engaging in regular participation in case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously advance the quality of care and share insights with colleagues.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health concerns, treatment options, and community resources to foster informed decision-making and encourage proactive health management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have:
