Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of patients, as necessary, utilizing evidence-based practices and tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to create individualized and culturally sensitive treatment plans.

• Regularly monitor each patient’s progress and adapt interventions to support their mental health goals, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to their unique cases.

• Maintain comprehensive treatment records, clinical notes, and reports that comply with regulatory and departmental standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.

• Collaborate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers to establish a comprehensive treatment plan that clearly outlines the patient’s needs and desired outcomes.

• Coordinate referrals to additional healthcare resources, serving as a bridge between patients and service providers, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your dedication and expertise will be rewarded with a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 per year.
