Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering comprehensive psychotherapy services to a diverse patient population, focusing on their unique mental health needs. Your daily activities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to accurately identify mental health issues and developing individualized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), monitoring progress, and modifying approaches as necessary to align with the client's evolving needs.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all patient records reflect both the ongoing treatment process and outcomes.

In this position, you will engage with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Understanding the complex social determinants of health affecting our clients will be essential to tailor interventions effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a recognized institution is essential.

• A valid and current social work license (LCSW) in the state of Colorado is required.

• A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, providing psychotherapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
