Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, experiences, and needs, facilitating the development of comprehensive treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, customizing strategies based on the individual’s cultural context and personal circumstances.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to support diverse clients in addressing various mental health challenges, enhancing resilience, and promoting overall well-being.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, holistic care that aligns with best practices in mental health.

• Offer crisis intervention services, supporting individuals in acute distress while ensuring their safety and well-being during critical interventions.

• Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their mental health journeys.

• Engage in regular case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing training in cultural competency, staying current with developments within the field of mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies, with an emphasis on cultural competency in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
