Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status, enabling you to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that interventions are tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

• Engage in crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health concerns, employing de-escalation techniques and linking them to immediate support resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring all treatment plans, assessment results, and progress notes comply with ethical standards, HIPAA guidelines, and organizational policies.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical staff to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Educate clients and their family members about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources, advocating for their needs and rights as appropriate.

• Continuously update professional knowledge and skills through attendance at workshops, training, and professional development activities, ensuring the integration of the latest best practices in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied client demographic, including adults facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma, among other mental health concerns. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and you will be tasked with applying cultural competence and sensitivity in your therapeutic approach to effectively address their unique challenges and aspirations.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Texas is mandatory.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to effectively identify and address client needs.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
