Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize symptom self-assessments and progress measures to strategically adjust treatment plans, ensuring each client receives personalized and effective therapy tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our streamlined therapist portal, allowing for efficient tracking of patient progress and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with the Therapy Leadership Team for ongoing support and professional development, enhancing your therapeutic practices through shared expertise and feedback.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, developing diagnoses according to the DSM V, and formulate treatment plans that incorporate best practices for each identified disorder.

• Implement a range of therapeutic models, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and behavior modification techniques, in individual therapy sessions to foster positive outcomes.

• Engage in substantial collaboration with psychiatric providers to ensure comprehensive treatment for clients, including medication management where necessary.

• Provide weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via secure video conferencing, enabling you to connect with adults experiencing various emotional disorders from the comfort of their own homes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
