Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through virtual consultations, evaluating patient history, presenting issues, and establishing rapport to guide the therapeutic process.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to address diverse mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, and relationship conflicts across various demographics, including individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead engaging and effective individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to promote positive coping strategies and emotional regulation.

• Maintain thorough documentation of patient care in compliance with legal standards and organizational protocols, ensuring confidentiality and the integrity of medical records.

• Provide ongoing case management, including triaging referrals, maintaining communication with other health care providers, and coordinating care with relevant community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Joy Restored, LLC, you will work with a broad range of clients, including adults, adolescents, couples, and families facing various emotional and psychological challenges. Your expertise will address issues such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, relationship conflicts, and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, supporting each patient's unique journey toward wellness and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited program.

• Valid independent license in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC), with additional licensure in other states considered a valuable asset.

• A foundational understanding of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, along with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
