This role is fully remote, leveraging telehealth technology to connect with clients in an outpatient therapy setting. Our organization operates Monday through Saturday, allowing for flexible scheduling that lets you create and manage your workload. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, tailoring interventions based on assessed needs and clinical best practices.

• Develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring that they align with the goals of the individualized service plans while incorporating evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Maintain clear communication with multidisciplinary team members through documented meetings and discussions, particularly during case reviews and patient rounds to coordinate care.

• Provide case management services, guiding clients through community resources and collaborating with healthcare professionals to facilitate access to necessary support systems.

• Ensure meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans, adhering to ethical standards and departmental policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

• A valid mental health licensure in Arizona as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
