This position allows you to work remotely from anywhere in the Mesa, Arizona area or beyond, providing flexibility to balance professional and personal commitments. You will utilize state-of-the-art telehealth platforms to conduct sessions, supported by a dedicated counselor portal that simplifies task management, session tracking, and client communications.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting empathetic and ethical individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing.

• Implementing solution-focused treatment modalities, tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Developing, monitoring, and adjusting individualized treatment plans that comprehensively address client needs.

• Empowering clients to gain insights into their emotions and interpersonal relationships through reflective practices.

Qualifications\n

To be a successful candidate for this role, you will need:

• A Master’s degree in a relevant counseling discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state-issued license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD) that enables you to practice independently. Please do not apply if your license is limited or provisional, or if there are any disciplinary actions against you.

• Proficiency in using technology, including video conferencing tools, to conduct sessions effectively.
