Work Environment\n

As a remote-driven organization, we utilize advanced telehealth technologies, ensuring that our therapists can easily connect with clients across Arizona. This role allows flexibility in working hours to best accommodate patient scheduling while also prioritizing self-care and work-life balance for our therapists. Normal working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some variability based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for new and existing patients to ascertain their needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to deliver quality interventions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, encouraging shared experiences among participants while addressing common mental health concerns.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for our patients.
\n
• Provide timely crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower their recovery journey.
\n
• Maintain strict adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards through accurate documentation in compliance with state regulations.

• Actively participate in clinical consultations, case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing training sessions to enhance professional development.

• Stay current with emerging research and treatment methodologies in the field of mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population includes a wide range of individuals experiencing various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Arizona.

• In-depth understanding of mental health diagnoses, therapeutic modalities, and evidenced-based treatment practices.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct assessments and create effective, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy, particularly in remote settings.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful client relationships.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure efficient patient documentation.

• The capability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team focused on holistic patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
