Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via video chat, utilizing evidence-based techniques to improve their mental health.

• Actively advocate for clients, supporting them in defining and achieving their personal goals related to mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work exclusively with a carefully screened clientele made up of stable adults experiencing low-acuity mental health challenges. The clients are prioritized to ensure they align with your areas of expertise and communication style, allowing for productive therapeutic alliances. This position does not involve severe mental health cases, enabling you to focus on providing quality care to clients ready to engage in therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A completed Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold a valid and active license, in good standing, to practice independently in the state of Arizona as one of the following: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an empathetic and client-centered approach.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology and software tools for virtual counseling sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth is preferred but not mandatory.

• Previous work within a community health or outpatient setting is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, with opportunities for additional income.
