Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, establishing clinical diagnoses and creating personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based approaches tailored to client preferences.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute psychological distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including therapy notes and treatment plans, in full compliance with all ethical and legal regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive mental health care that meets all client needs.

• Advocate for clients, offering education on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources to enhance their understanding and access to necessary services.

• Commit to ongoing professional development through training and workshops, ensuring you are up-to-date on industry best practices and methodologies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome new team members.
