Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to gain a deep understanding of each student's background, presenting issues, and specific risk factors.

• Collaborate with students to develop tailored treatment plans aimed at addressing mental health challenges, fostering emotional resilience, and supporting academic success.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Therapy to effectively address a range of mental health concerns.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a supportive space where students can develop essential coping strategies and emotional regulation skills.

• Work in partnership with other mental health professionals—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to ensure a coordinated approach to care, thereby enhancing treatment outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and on-call support to manage urgent mental health situations, ensuring students receive timely and appropriate care.

Qualifications\n
